This form is for the lead teacher ONLY, who will be in charge of sharing access with colleagues throughout the school to watch the content in the Academy Pass. 

Once you have created your lead teacher account, you’ll be able to share a special link within the Academy with colleagues so they can create their account. A video inside the account will show you everything you need to know. (The videos have also been sent to your email!)
